CAMP etiquette.
Our Stated Purpose
To encourage personal responsibility and uphold an environment where father and son relationships can prosper and expand — that God be glorified and celebrated.
Stewardship
We ask every camper to exercise good stewardship of the grounds and facilities — always leaving them better than they found them. Keep campsites, activity areas, barn venues, and grounds clean. If you see trash, pick it up. After each meal we all pitch in on cleanup.
Parking
Please note there is a designated parking area that needs to be observed. Park only in designated areas and follow the signs.
Noise
The good-neighbor rule applies — please be courteous to those around you. Quiet hours are 11pm to 6am, including camp noise, generator noise, etc.
Garbage
The camp has centrally located public garbage cans. Campers are responsible for carrying their garbage to these designated cans.
Camp Fires
No open camp fires during the weekend. The camp has two community, designated campfire sites — near the main barn and out near Nikki’s cabin.
Coffee Note
Coffee is provided as part of the breakfast meals only. Please bring your own cups/mugs to limit waste. After breakfast, Breeze’s Coffee and Snack Bar operates the rest of the day with options for purchase — cash is appreciated.
Restrooms
A sensitive subject for some — there are 4 onsite toilets. True to the “manly camp” name, the woods and shrubs will be utilized for all “number one” purposes. :)
Showers
Showers are extremely limited (2 on-site). With the man/son theme, showers can wait until you get home! Bringing your wet wipes and deodorant is welcome.
Drink Cups
Yes — bring your drink cups! We’re not big fans of disposable plastic cups but thoroughly believe in hydration and pure water.
Bracelets
Every registrant is issued a colored bracelet upon sign-in. These are very important for many reasons and must be worn once issued. Thank you!
Sessions
There are scheduled sessions this weekend — please be timely to get the most out of them. All activities and games are closed during sessions.
Seat Saving
A sensitive subject: 1 hour before each session you may save a seat for yourself and only 1 adjoining seat. Group and row saving is not allowed.
Smoking
Please, no smoking onsite.
