Randy Schrum is the founder of Father–Son Camp and a pastor, mentor, and strategist dedicated to strengthening families and forming the next generation of men. For more than 25 years he has worked at the intersection of leadership, faith, and personal formation—building businesses, mentoring leaders, and helping families pursue lives of purpose, faith, and responsibility.
Randy serves as the lead elder of Refuge Ridge Fellowship and is actively involved in initiatives that equip families, develop leaders, and build strong Christian communities. His work often centers on helping men reclaim biblical responsibility for leadership in their homes, marriages, and churches.
He has been married to his wife for 29 years, and together they have raised nine children, including four sons. Much of Randy’s vision for Father–Son Camp grew directly out of his own experience as a father—recognizing the importance of intentional time, shared challenge, and spiritual leadership in shaping boys into men.
Father–Son Camp was created to give fathers and sons an environment away from the noise of modern life where they can build deeper relationships, experience adventure, grow in faith, and engage in meaningful conversations about life and manhood. Through shared experiences, biblical teaching, and brotherhood among fathers, the camp seeks to equip men to lead their families well and prepare boys for lives marked by courage, responsibility, faith, and integrity.
Randy and his sons have been certified in wilderness survival first aid, avid outdoorsmen, and passionate about spending time outdoors.

A Life Shaped by God's Hand:
Family, Faith, and Calling
Benjamin Stewart's life is a testimony of God's goodness, provision, and unshakable faithfulness. Long before he was coaching CEOs or designing business operating systems, God was writing a story that would prepare him for this very mission.
Benjamin is married to the love of his life, the woman he calls his greatest earthly blessing. During her college years, she fought a brutal battle with cancer, and doctors told them she would likely never be able to have children.
But God had another plan.
Today, Benjamin and his wife are the parents of nine incredible children, a miracle family and a living reminder that God alone writes the final word over our future. Their home is full of joy, purpose, laughter, and grace. And that environment, that atmosphere of faith and family, became the foundation for everything Benjamin now teaches.
His belief is simple:
